Overview: Nêu 2–3 đặc điểm nổi bật, bao gồm số công đoạn trong quá trình chế biến và sự khác biệt khi chế biến các loại trà khác nhau.
- Có bốn giai đoạn chính, nhất quán mà quá trình sản xuất mọi loại trà đều bao gồm.
- Tùy thuộc vào những thành phẩm khác nhau mà sẽ có thêm một số giai đoạn bổ sung trong quá trình chế biến.
Details: Mô tả mỗi giai đoạn với tên gọi, thứ tự, công dụng và kết quả của giai đoạn.
- Paragraph 1: Bốn giai đoạn chính (trồng, hái, phơi, sấy). Kết quả là trà trắng được sản xuất.

3. Sample Answer band 7.5+
The diagram depicts how various tea types are produced from tea leaves. An overview of the chart reveals that there are four consistent, primary stages that the production of every type of tea involves. Besides, depending on what the final product is, additional stages are conducted. As mentioned, there are four pivotal phases, including, first of all, tea growth. Once the leaves are harvested and selected, they are withered to reduce their size and facilitate processing. If the target product is white tea, the withered leaves are directed right on to oven drying—the final stage before the end product is available. If not, the leaves must undergo extra treatment before being dried in an oven. To produce green tea, for instance, leaves must previously be steamed and rolled. Oolong tea does not require steaming but instead demands slight fermentation after rolling. Black tea, however, requires full fermentation; and different black tea leaf sizes determine whether leaves are rolled (for the larger size) or crushed (for the smaller size) beforehand. 169 words – Band 7.5+

- Facilitate something [v]: to make an action or a process possible or easier (tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho cái gì).
- Processing [n]: the treatment of raw material, food, etc. in order to change it, preserve it, etc. (quá trình chế biến).
- Treatment [n]: the act of using a chemical substance or process to clean, protect, preserve, etc. something (xử lý).
- Fermentation /ˌfɜːrmenˈteɪʃn/ [n]: the process of chemical change caused by the action of yeast or bacteria, often changing sugar to alcohol (quá trình lên men).
- Determine something [v]: to make something happen in a particular way or be of a particular type (quyết định).
- Beforehand [adv]: earlier; before something else happens or is done (trước đó).
